1. Our Mission

LuwuDynamics is dedicated to Redefining Desktop Embodied Intelligence.

We are not merely shrinking industrial robots; we are creating a completely new paradigm for the desktop. We believe that powerful, agile, and intelligent robots should not be restricted to laboratories. By fusing industrial-grade motion control with the edge computing power of the Raspberry Pi, we are transforming the desktop robot from a simple toy into a sophisticated Embodied AI Terminal—one that is open, extensible, and ready for the future of robotics research and education.

2. The XGO Philosophy

Our robots are built on three pillars that challenge the status quo:

Unified Intelligence, Diverse Morphologies

We adhere to a philosophy of "One Brain, Infinite Forms."

Whether it is the quadruped Lite/Mini, the wheeled-legged Rider, or the hybrid Mini3W, all XGO robots share the exact same intelligent core (Raspberry Pi CM5) and control architecture (ESP32).

For Developers: This means true portability. An AI application written for a robotic dog can run seamlessly on a self-balancing robot without modification, redefining how we think about robot software ecosystems.

The Bi-Level Architecture

We mimic biological systems by decoupling high-level cognition from low-level reflexes.

The Brain (Upper Computer): Handles vision, voice, and AI decision-making.
The Cerebellum (Lower Computer): Handles gait planning, balance, and inverse kinematics.

This ensures that even when running heavy Large Language Models (LLMs) or complex vision algorithms, the robot remains physically stable and responsive.

Not a "Black Box"

We fundamentally oppose closed systems. We believe the best way to redefine robotics is to let the community build it with us.

Open Software: We provide full access to the Python API (<font style="color:rgb(68, 71, 70);">xgolib</font>), ROS 2 packages, and simulation models.
Open Hardware: We release structural files (STP) and driver schematics, encouraging users to dismantle, modify, and expand their XGO.

3. The Legend of "Luwu" (陆吾)

Our name reflects our cultural heritage and technical ambition. It is derived from the ancient Chinese text, the Classic of Mountains and Seas (Shan Hai Jing).

Luwu (陆吾) is the guardian deity of the Kunlun Mountains—the mythical gateway connecting the Human Realm and the Divine Realm. Legend describes Luwu as a majestic creature with the "Body of a Tiger and Nine Tails," possessing the power to oversee the Nine Heavens.

Just as the mythical Luwu guarded the connection between two worlds, Luwu Intelligence aims to be the interface between the Digital World (AI Algorithms) and the Physical World (Real-world Motion). We empower your code to walk, see, and interact with reality.
