Important: Flash the International Firmware Before Using Your RIG Robot
RIG series robots are pre-installed with the CN firmware at the factory.， please flash the International firmware before first use.
To flash the firmware, open https://tools.luwudynamics.ai/ and select English in the top-right corner of the page — this ensures the English (International) firmware is flashed to your robot.
Our dedicated RIG app is used to connect to and control your robot, and it only works with the International firmware. Scan the QR code below to download and install it:
